in the gym is provided by qualified coaches.
All coaches are trained
in technical, theory, and practical aspects of coaching as recognized by
the National Coaching Certification Program.
Our coaches range from
Level 1 to the highest qualification in Canada at level 4. Our
coaches for the competitive area have either personally competed at the
world level and/or have coached at the Olympic and world level.
